MY STORY
After a complicated childhood and an adolescence with a non-conforming gender identity, I had the 'brilliant' idea of enrolling in a Traditional Classical Lyceum, a place that, in Cesena, isn't exactly synonymous with open-mindedness toward diversity, due to a strong, albeit not unchallenged, Christian influence.
During my first years of high school, I wanted to end it all. Learning was beautiful, but I wasn't free. The world didn't resemble what I saw when I closed my eyes. I didn't feel at home, and practicing lucid dreaming and meditation, with whatever means I had at the time, was an escape.
Today, I am a Relationship and Sex Coach, helping individuals and couples (as well as families and polycules) to discover themselves and achieve greater relational satisfaction.
But how and why did I choose this winding and challenging path?
Below, I will share all the steps I took, one by one…
nirvana
But, just as I was determined to cancel my subscription to life, I was unexpectedly saved. Nirvana, Samadhi, mystical ecstasy: an experience with a thousand names that religions have tried to brand in different ways, even as 'God,' a god I had never believed in because I had never seen.
But there, I saw.
I saw and felt the meaning of it all: Love. A love that has no reason outside of itself, nor needs justification for bringing everything to light.
Some think it’s a brain glitch that can arise from transcending extreme physical pain.
The fact remains that, from that day on, I began trying to find my way back there.
anthropology
Another 'brilliant' idea, some might say, but I was looking for answers, not a stable financial future (in fact, having just renewed my subscription to life, it was all still so new… so I wasn't thinking very far ahead).
I approached my studies with a HUNGER to discover and understand: I wanted to study the path back to that ecstasy I longed for; I wasn't interested in learning how to 'believe,' which is why I had ruled out theology.
I hadn't realized it yet, but every page I turned set me a little freer.
Philosophical anthropology taught me that there are neurological and social processes through which ideas of right and wrong are constructed within all of us... and they are all different.
The history of sexuality, family, and marriage within various forms of Christianity showed me the invisible political forces that guide the hand of a person who, driven by desires different from the norm, turns a weapon against their own body or the body of another human being.
From the iconography of the Marys to the mystical ecstasy of female Saints, from depositions in the courts of the Holy Inquisition to Nazi pedagogy... I was learning that everything matters.
But it still wasn't enough.

In Eastern Philosophy, we talked about meditation, but my professor had never even tried it (until that year).
I hadn't even taken my first exams before I was ringing the doorbell of the nearest yoga school. When my turn came, however, Ilaria, the teacher, took one look at me and, without explanation, said: 'But you need to take the Tantra course.'
...And I will be forever grateful to her, because that year of Intensive Tantra changed my life.
Ten years later, I created my own Tantra course, because ten years (twelve today) of practice have taught me that the love you learn must be shared, and the world you want must be created right here, with others.
Tantra was the final and most important piece of a puzzle made of daily yoga and meditation practice.

I arrived at the Dhamma Atala centre, reachable only after a winding bus climb through the lush greenery of Marradi, after having wasted years on transcendental meditation.
Meditation (the Buddha’s way, the 'original' one) is only truly learned there, away from the world for two weeks. And it was there, in solemn silence, that I celebrated my eighteenth birthday.
The course on Hinduism and the History of Indian Philosophy confirmed that the yogic tradition had been uprooted from its native soil, India, and its seeds had flown to Thailand…
And it was there, on a tiny island reachable by an eight-hour bus ride and a ferry from hell, that I completed my teacher training.
It was a completely new experience to share, express, and eventually teach and transmit something as intimate as yoga—something lived in the flesh, which I had always kept locked away in my small university rooms, first in Bologna and then in my (even smaller) one in Paris.
Today, after creating the Tantra course, I felt the need to return to experiencing yoga in the cocoon of solitude. I no longer lead yoga groups or one-to-one sessions, but who knows…

Coaching arrived in Italy primarily as a business tool, which is a shame! For once the Americans exported something good…
But that is only one branch, Business Coaching, precisely.
However, by holding the microphone and translating for speakers, I was lucky enough to participate in various courses, including pure NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and Life Coaching (which is essentially the foundation from which one eventually specializes).
I had always done it for myself, but then I realized I needed a method to translate into practical tools all the knowledge that had led me to experience and perceive love in a different way…
So, in Madrid, I specialized in Relationship, Couples, and Sex Coaching.
